Oryx Integrates Overjet’s Dental AI into Dental Practice Management System

SAN MATEO, Calif. — A new partnership integrates Overjet’s clinical AI into the native cloud-imaging solution within Oryx’s PMS, giving dental providers a streamlined workflow to improve both patient care and office efficiency

Oryx, the leader in clinically-focused cloud-based dental practice management software (PMS), and Overjet, the world-leader in dental AI, today announced a partnership to integrate Overjet’s FDA-cleared clinical AI into Oryx’s PMS.

This integration gives Oryx users access to Overjet’s real-time AI analysis to detect caries, calculus, bone levels, periapical radiolucencies (PARLs), anatomical structures, and more. These capabilities will be natively integrated into Oryx’s all-in-one platform, allowing users to leverage them seamlessly alongside existing features and workflows.

“The dental industry is at the cusp of a SaaS tech revolution, with more dental offices realizing the benefits of cloud-based software,” said Rania Saleh, DDS, MSD, founder and CEO of Oryx. “Our partnership with Overjet brings powerful AI into our platform, helping dentists educate and treat patients more efficiently, without disrupting their workflow. Together, we’re not just improving practice efficiency—we’re shaping the future of dentistry.”

Together, Oryx and Overjet will give dental teams better tools to diagnose conditions, explain findings, and improve patient care. Overjet’s FDA-cleared AI helps patients understand their oral health and supports treatment decisions. According to Overjet’s recent Patient Survey, 85% of patients are more likely to accept care when they can visualize their conditions. Providers using Overjet’s AI for patient education and treatment presentation see an average 27% increase in case acceptance.

“Our mission is to improve oral health for all, and from our earliest conversations, it was clear that Oryx shares that vision,” said Wardah Inam, founder and CEO of Overjet. “AI will soon be a core part of every clinical workflow. We’re proud to partner with a clinically-driven team like Oryx to bring this future to life for more providers and patients.”

Overjet’s AI-powered capabilities are available now within  Oryx’s platform.

“As a Kois Center graduate, I chose Oryx because it reflects the same commitment to evidence-based dentistry and clinical excellence,” said Joshua Prentice, DDS, Owner and Founder of Prentice Dental (Flower Mound, Texas), who uses both Overjet and Oryx’s platforms and served as a beta user for the new integration. “The ability to access Overjet’s AI insights directly within Oryx has been a game-changer for my practice. It’s made diagnostics more transparent for my patients and more efficient for my team.”
