Locate the patient either on the Daily Patient page and click the patient's blue image button or use the "Patient Search" on the left sidebar and click the camera icon.
Use snipping tool or any screen capture application to take a screenshot of the patient's name, date of service, annotations, and teeth #s.
For scaling and root planing claims – Bone Levels provide support
For crown claims – DMF % (Decay, Missing, and/or Filled Percentage)
For 3rd molar extraction claims – Take a screenshot or use your snipping tool, including the impaction % under "Findings"
Use this information to support your insurance claim, along with the other insurance-required documentation (traditional x-rays, images, IO photos, periodontal chart, narrative, etc.)
