Incipient findings

Identify and flag patients with perio potential (Blue findings)
Discuss potential implant findings
SRP Findings
Remind hygienists to evaluate bone levels for EVERY patient, using Overjet to establish baseline and show progression
Identify patients due for XRays, Perio Charts, Sealants:
BWX Due
Perio Charts Due
Sealants (if not placed in 3+ years)
Perform insurance verification for the above and add to hygiene appointments, if applicable
Goal: Align the team on patient priorities, same-day opportunities, and follow-up needs.
Call out patients with high-priority treatment opportunities
Review Overjet images for each flagged case
Assign roles for patient education and treatment presentation
Confirm diagnostic steps to be completed before the doctor exam
Highlight patients with treatment that could be completed today
Coordinate schedule adjustments to accommodate added procedures
Ensure necessary materials, instruments, and team members are ready
Note any patients with progression or increased risk per Overjet analysis
Align on plan for addressing findings during the visit
Confirm recall, follow-up, or re-care intervals for key patients
